It is recommended that a minimum of two appointments, one week apart, are booked when commencing with Bowen treatment for the first time. This allows for an assessment of your response to the technique, which can then be followed-up according to your specific needs.
For the majority of new clients, 3 treatments are advised, although results can be achieved in one or two treatments. Sometimes no further treatments are needed, and in the case of chronic conditions, maintenance treatments are done as required. The number of treatments will also depend on the age and severity of the injury, along with lifestyle and general fitness level of the client.
Cancellation
Please give at least 48 hours notice if you are no longer able to attend your appointment. If the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the appointment will be chargeable as the hire of the room is payable in advance.
